International Trade & Customs Report | New export license
Decree No. 301/2020 was published in the Official Gazette today. It establishes a mandatory export license to be submitted with the Ministry of Productive Development in order to be able to perform export operations of “Oxygen therapy apparatus, their parts, and accessories – NCM 9019.20.12”.
The purpose of this measure is to ensure supply and access to certain goods and devices that are considered essential to mitigate and reduce the sanitary impact of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
