Dear All:
On October 29, 2024, the National Communications Agency (“ENACOM”) awarded the contract for the service of surveying and analyzing the current state of the radiofrequency spectrum control in the Argentine Republic to Proguide SRL.
The award corresponds to Item 1 of Public Tender 454-0013-LPU24, which includes the formulation and presentation of a plan for improvements to the spectrum control system, for a total amount of AR$ 192,300,000.00. Proguide SRL was selected for meeting the technical and economic requirements of the tender process.
