Mirgor executed the acquisition of the local assets of the US company Brightstar, manufacturer of LG and Samsung cell phones. With this important acquisition, Argentine company Mirgor, a leader in the cellular phone production sector, will control 100% of Brightstar Argentina S.A. and Brightstar Fueguina S.A.
