Labor & Social Security Law Department Report | Salary increase CCT No. 130/75
On February 27th, 2020, the Argentine Federation of Trade and Service Employees (“FAECyS”) signed with the Chambers of Commerce (“CAME, CAC and UDECA”) a readjustment of the 2019 Commercial Parity.
The wage increase was provided for all workers covered by CCT No. 130/75.
This increase consists of: (i) a fixed sum of $1,000 for the month of February to be paid in March; (ii) a fixed sum of $1,000 for the month of March to be paid in April and; (iii) a fixed sum of $2,000 for the month of April to be paid in May.
The sum of $2,000 remains in force in the following months until the compensation for future parity negotiations.
The agreed amounts should not be considered for the calculation of any additional salary provided for in the collective agreement (“convenio colectivo”).
Furthermore, the agreed amounts should be recorded on receipts as “Acuerdo 2019-20”.
Finally, the parties ratified the solidarity increase of Decree No. 14/2020, maintaining the provisions of Article 2, paragraph B of the Decree, which states that it should not be considered for any additional agreement or individual work contract.
