On November 30th, 2020, the Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 961/20 (the “DNU“) was published in the Official Gazette (“B.O.“) extending until January 25th, 2021, the term of the double severance established by Decree No. 34/19.
This extension shall not be applicable to employees hired as from 12/23/2019 (date in which the Decree 34/19 was published in the Official Gazette).
