Competition & Antitrust Department Report | Provision No. 7/2021 of the Undersecretariat of Policies for the Internal Market
Provision No. 7/2021 of the Undersecretariat of Policies for the Internal Market, published in the Official Gazette on March 31, 2021, extended the deadline for submitting the information corresponding to the months of January and February 2021 and relative to prices, quantities produced and / or sold and stock of all products, required within the framework of the Sistema Informativo para la Implementación de Políticas de Reactivación Económica (SIPRE).
Such information – regarding prices, quantities produced and / or sold and stock of all products – must be submitted together with the presentation of the information for the month of April, that is, between May 1 to 10, 2021.
