Dear Sir or Madam,
Provision No. 10/2020 of the Undersecretariat of Open Government and Digital Country (the “Provision”), published in the Official Gazette today, instructs the creation of the databases called “COVID-19 Agreement MINSAL MJGM PBA 1”, “COVID-19 Agreement MINSAL MJGM PBA 2” and “CUHC Agreement SIYTD GCBA”.
The Provision establishes that the creation of the aforementioned databases will be carried out with the purpose of storing personal data collected from the Single Certificate of Enabling Circulation – Emergency COVID-19 and within the framework of the agreements entered into between different agencies of the National Government with the City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires.
