Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of Resolution No. 138/2020 the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development extended until June 30, 2020, the effective term of the Annual Environmental Certificates (“AECs”) granted to hazardous and pathogenic waste carriers and operators under Argentine Hazardous Waste Law No. 24,051.
The time extension applies to AECs expiring between March 1 and June 30, 2020.
This resolution was published in the Official Gazette on April 28, 2020 (and is effective).
