Dear Sir or Madam,
Through Decree No. 833/2020, the National Executive Power extended up to November 30th, 2020 the deadline to apply for the tax moratorium regulated by Law No. 27.541.
Moreover, the deadline to obtain the “MiPyME Certificate” was also extended up to November 30th, 2020.
Finally, regarding “conditional” subscriptions of taxpayers that couldn’t obtain the “MiPyME Certificate”, it was stated that the due date of the first installment could not be before January, 16th 2021.
