Dear Sir or Madam,
Within the state of sanitary emergency currently in force, the President issued the Necessity and Urgency Decree No. 493/2020 – published on May 25, 2020- by means of which the extension of the validity of Decree No. 297/2020 and all the complementary regulation regarding social isolation was set forth.
Also, said Decree extended the validity of Decree No. 459/2020 – published on May 5, 2020- by means of which the criteria for authorization of new exceptions to Social Insulation was established, according to the number of inhabitants of each jurisdiction, along with protocol requirements and other aspects regarding permitted activities.
Decree No. 493/2020 also extended the validity of Decrees 274/2020 and 331/2020 regarding the prohibition of entering the country and the coordination for repatriation of people residing in Argentina and those argentine people with residence in foreign countries that are still not able to return.
