Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of Administrative Decision No. 468/2020, published in the Official Gazette today (the “Decision”), the Cabinet Chief of Ministers expanded the list of activities declared essential under the emergency, in the terms set forth by Decree No. 297/20, adding energy infrastructure private works.
The Decision sets forth the following:
1. The displacements of workers reached by this Decision must be limited to the strict fulfillment of said activity.
2. In all these cases, employers must guarantee health and safety conditions established by the Ministry of Health to preserve workers’ health.
3. People reached by this Decision must process the Unique Certificate for Circulation – COVID-19.
