BT divests Latin American assets

Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo has advised the buyer on the Brazilian leg of US private equity group CIH’s acquisition of Latin American assets from British telecoms company BT. US firm Proskauer Rose LLP advised BT’s US subsidiary, while Veirano Advogados helped the seller’s Brazilian business.
