Beccar Varela y Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advise on Petróleos Ssudamericanos’ Class I Notes Issuance.

Buenos Aires, December 27th, 2022. On December 20th, 2022, Petróleos Sudamericanos S.A. carried out its first notes issuance in the local capital market by issuing Class I Notes, denominated in U.S. Dollars, payable in Argentine Pesos, for a total nominal amount of US$2,791,280. Class I Notes issuance was made under the company’s Global Program of up to US$ 35,000,000.
Class I Notes, maturing on December 20th, 2024, will accrue interest at a nominal annual fixed rate of 2.10%, and will amortize its principal in three quarterly payments starting on June 20, 2024.
In addition, Class I Notes have been locally rated “A-(arg)” by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A on December 13th, 2022. Also, they were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In this Notes issuance, Petróleos Sudamericanos acted as issuer and turned to Beccar Varela’s team, led by partner Luciana Denegri, assisted by associates María Victoria Pavani, Julián Ojeda, Franco Scervino, and Tomás Cappellini. Banco Santander Argentina S.A. acted as organizer and placement agent, while BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U, Invertir en Bolsa S.A., Provincia Bursátil S.A., and Puente Hnos S.A. acted as placement agents, and turned to Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arnsten’s team led by partner Diego Serrano Redonnet, also comprised of associates Alejo Muñoz de Toro, Nahuel Perez de Villarreal, and Mora Mangiaterra Pizarro.
