Beccar Varela and Fiorito Murray & Díaz Cordero Advise on IDB Invest Financing to Plaza Logística

Buenos Aires, December 29, 2025 — Beccar Varela advised IDB Invest on the granting of financing to Plaza Logística S.R.L. for up to USD 100 million, aimed at expanding its network of logistics parks in Argentina. Disbursements may be requested under the financing during its availability period. Fiorito Murray & Díaz Cordero acted as legal counsel to the company.
Plaza Logística is an Argentine company specialized in the development and operation of “Triple A” logistics parks, consisting of top-quality industrial and logistics warehouses designed to offer multiple services. It operates under a multi-tenant park model, allowing several companies to share infrastructure, services, and logistics operations, thereby increasing cost efficiency and optimizing resources. The company has a presence in several locations in the Province of Buenos Aires and in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. It currently operates six logistics parks, with more than 500,000 square meters of covered warehouse space.
The financing will enable the company to acquire land, develop new parks, expand and upgrade existing warehouses, and co-finance strategic capital investments, supporting the growing demand for efficient infrastructure linked to e-commerce and last-mile distribution in Argentina.
The transaction involved coordinated work by local and international teams.
