Beccar Varela advised IFC on a loan of up to USD 25 million granted to Banco CMF
Buenos Aires, June 11, 2026 — Beccar Varela advised International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, in connection with a loan of USD 25,000,000 granted to Banco CMF S.A.
The financing is intended to strengthen and expand the bank’s lending operations to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Argentina, contributing to greater access to financing for this segment.
In this transaction, Beccar Varela advised IFC on the negotiation, structuring and documentation of the financing, as well as throughout the transaction process through closing.
The Beccar Varela team involved in the transaction included Pablo Torretta, Carolina Serra, Franco Montiel and Fermín González Arguello.
