Beccar Varela advises Grupo Corven on its inclusion in the renewable energy incentive regime

Buenos Aires, January 8, 2026 — Beccar Varela advised and assisted Grupo Corven in obtaining significant tax benefits provided under National Laws No. 26,190 and No. 27,191, in connection with projects related to photovoltaic solar parks located in different regions of the country.
After overcoming the challenge of being admitted to the incentive regime in force until December 31, 2025, Grupo Corven has strengthened its position as a relevant player in the renewable energy market, a sector with significant growth potential in Argentina.
The team was comprised of partners Santiago Montezanti and José Carlos Cueva, together with Fernando Botello, Martín Gamarra and Fermín González Argüello.
