Beccar Varela advises on Domaine Bousquets’ first Issuance of Notes.

Buenos Aires, December 29th. On December 26th, Domaine Bousquet S.A. issued its first Notes Issuance (“Series I Notes”) under the PYME CNV Garantizadas regime (SME Guaranteed Regime), denominated in U.S. Dollars to be integrated and payable in Argentine Pesos, for a total nominal amount of US$1,445,644.
Series I Notes, maturing on December 26th, 2025, will not accrue interest and will amortize its principal in three payments structured as follows: the first payment at 24 months and the second payment at 30 months, both equivalent to 33% of the nominal value, and the third payment at 36 months, equivalent to the remaining 34% of the nominal value.
The Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. They are also guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., who also participated as organizers and placement agents.
All parties involved in the Notes issuance turned to Beccar Varela’s team, led by partner Luciana Denegri, also comprised of associate María Belén Tschudy and Julián Ojeda.
