Beccar Varela advises on the issuance of Class XXX Notes by Banco Galicia
PRESS RELEASE
Buenos Aires, December 2, 2025 — On November 14, 2025, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. (“Banco Galicia”) issued Class XXX Notes denominated in US dollars, paid in cash in US dollars in the Argentina and in kind through the delivery of Class 23 Notes, and payable in US dollars in the Argentina, bearing a fixed nominal annual interest rate of 6%, for a nominal value of US$144,323,518. The issuance was carried out under the Frequent Issuer Regime of the CNV (Argentine Securities Commission) and represented one of the most significant issuances of the year in the country due to its size.
The Class XXX Notes mature on November 30, 2026. Interest will be paid semi-annually, except for the final interest payment date, which shall be paid on the maturity date. Principal shall be amortized in a single payment on the maturity date.
These Notes obtained a “ML A-1.ar” rating from Moody’s Local Argentina on November 10, 2025, and were authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (ByMA) and A3 Mercados S.A. (A3 Mercados).
Banco Galicia, acting in its capacity as issuer, also served as arranger and placement agent.
