Beccar Varela advises on Agrofina’s Class XI Notes’ Issuance.

Buenos Aires, December 23rd, 2022. On December 7th, Agrofina S.A. issued Class XI Notes, simple, non-convertible into shares, denominated in U.S. Dollars, to be integrated and payable in Pesos, for a total nominal amount of US$ 12,567,727. The issuance was made under the company’s Global Program of up to US$ 80,000,000.
Class XI Notes were issued for a nominal amount of US$12,567,727 and will mature on December 7th, 2025. They will accrue interest at a nominal annual fixed rate of 3% and will amortize its principal in six quarterly dues per matured quarter starting on September 7th, 2024.
Class XI Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. On November 29th, 2022, FIX SCR S.A. locally rated the Notes “A-(arg)” with stable outlook (perspectiva estable).
