Beccar Varela advises on the issuance of Classes XXX and XXXI Notes by Banco Galicia

Buenos Aires, January 26, 2026 — During the last bimester of 2025, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. carried out two notes’ issuances denominated and payable in U.S. dollar in the Argentine Republic.
On November 14, 2025, Banco Galicia issued Class XXX Notes, bearing a fixed nominal annual interest rate of 6%, for an aggregate principal amount of US$144,323,518. This issuance represented one of the most significant in the local market in 2025 due to its size. Class XXX Notes mature on November 30, 2026, accrue interest on a semiannual basis, and the principal will be repaid in a single payment at maturity.
Subsequently, on December 22, 2025, Banco Galicia issued Class XXXI Notes, bearing a fixed nominal annual interest rate of 5.5%, for an aggregate principal amount of US$71,863,952. Class XXXI Notes mature on December 30, 2026, with semiannual interest payments and repayment of principal in a single payment at maturity.
Both issuances were rated “ML A-1.ar” by Moody’s Local Argentina and were authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and A3 Mercados S.A.
Banco Galicia acted as issuer, arranger and placement agent in connection with the issuances.
