Beccar Varela advises on Compañía Financiera Argentina’s Class XXIV/Series II and III Notes issuance.

Buenos Aires, September 15th, 2021. On September 6th, Compañía Financiera Argentina S.A. issued Class XXIV Notes in two Series (II and III), simple, not convertible into shares, not guaranteed, denominated in Pesos and to be integrated and payable in Pesos, for a nominal value of $210,000,000 (Series II) and $472,000,000 (Series III). The issuance was carried out within the framework of the Global Program of up to US$250,000,000.
Series II Notes will mature on September 6th, 2023, accruing interest at a variable rate (Badlar Rate plus a cut-off margin of 7.5%), while Series III Notes will mature on June 6th, 2022, accruing interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 43%.
On August 24th, 2021, FIX SCR S.A. locally rated Series II Notes “BBB+(arg)”, while Series III “A2(arg)”. These Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In the issuance, Compañía Financiera Argentina S.A. acted as issuer and placement agent, while Banco Patagonia S.A and Industrial Valores S.A. acted as organizers and placement agents. All parties were advised by Beccar Varela, team led by partner Luciana Denegri, assisted by associates María Victoria Pavani, María Inés Cappelletti and Julián Ojeda.
