Beccar Varela advises on the issuance of Petroagro’s Class III Notes.

Buenos Aires, August 3rd, 2021. On July 29th, Petroagro S.A. issued Class III Notes, simple, not convertible into shares, not guaranteed, denominated in US Dollars and to be integrated and payable in Pesos, for a nominal value of US$5,187,007. The issuance was carried out within the framework of the Global Program of up to US$30,000,000.
Class III Notes will mature on October 29th, 2023, and will accrue interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 6.25%.
Class III Notes have been locally rated “BBB+(arg)” by FIX SCR S.A. on July 16th. In addition, they were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In this issuance, SBS Capital S.A. acted as organizer, while Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. and SBS Trading S.A. acted as placement agents. All parties turned to Beccar Varela’s, led by partner Luciana Denegri, also comprised of associates María Victoria Pavani, María Inés Cappelletti and Julián Ojeda.
