Beccar Varela advises Sumatoria on the issuance of Sustainable Notes

Buenos Aires, January 14, 2025 — On December 23, 2024, Asociación Civil Sumatoria para una Nueva Economía completed the issuance of its sixth class of notes, the proceeds of which will finance projects and ventures with social, environmental, and sustainable impact in areas such as financial inclusion, agroecology, regenerative livestock farming, connectivity, clean energy, healthy foods, environmental conservation and regeneration, social-urban infrastructure, social economy, circular economy, and support for impact organizations and enterprises.

The Class VI Notes were issued in a single series under the PYME CNV Guaranteed regime, for a nominal value of AR$1,825,000,000, maturing on December 23, 2026, and carrying an interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR Private Rate plus a 5.49% spread.

The Notes have been authorized for trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. Additionally, BYMA has approved the inclusion of the Notes in its Social, Green, and Sustainable Bonds Panel due to the sustainable nature of the projects to be financed.

For this issuance, Sumatoria acted as the issuer, while Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Hipotecario S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., and Banco Supervielle S.A. served as organizers, placement agents, and guarantors. TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as the trustee of the guarantee provided to the guarantor banks.
