Beccar Varela advises Asociados Don Mario on a notes’ swap and a notes’ issuance.
Buenos Aires, August 17th, 2021. On July 19th, Asociados Don Mario S.A. issued Class VI Notes for a total nominal amount of US$7,783,000. The issuance was carried out under the company’s Global Program for the issuance of notes of up to US$60 million (or its equivalent in other currencies).
The maturity of Series VI Notes – denominated and payable in US dollars- will take place on December 11th, 2022, accruing interest at an annual nominal fixed rate of 6.15%. These Notes were entirely subscribed through the swap of 97,295% of Series IV Notes in circulation.
On June 11th, 2021, FIX SCR S.A. locally rated Series VI Notes “A+(arg)”. The Notes were listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In the issuance, Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A. and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. acted as organizers, while Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A., Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., and Itaú Valores S.A. acted as placement agents.
