Beccar Varela advises on Special Grains and Petroagro’s Class I Notes’ co-issuance.

Buenos Aires, February 23rd, 2022. On February 17th, Special Grains S.A. and Petroagro S.A. carried out their first notes’ co-issuance (the “Class I Notes”), simple, non-convertible into shares, unguaranteed denominated in US Dollars, to be integrated and payable in Pesos, for a total nominal amount of US$8,431,489. The co-issuance was made under the Companies’ Global Program of up to US$20,000,000.
Class I Notes, maturing on February 17, 2024, accrue interest at a nominal annual fixed rate, equivalent to 4,5% and will amortize its principal in two payments, to be completed on the maturing date.
In addition, Class I Notes have been locally rated “BBB(arg)” by FIX SCR S.A. on February 8, were admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In this issuance, Special Grains S.A. and Petroagro S.A. acted as co-issuers, SBS Capital S.A. as organizer, and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. and SBS Trading S.A. acted as placement agents. All parties involved turned to Beccar Varela’s team, led by Luciana Denegri, also comprised of associates María Victoria Pavani, María Inés Cappelletti, Julián Ojeda, Tomás Cappellini and María Belén Tschudy.
