We inform you that Resolution No. 119/2022 (the “Resolution”) of the Agency for Access to Public Information (the “Agency”), published in the Official Gazette on September 8th, 2022, opened a participatory and transparent consultation and debate process for the update of Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
In this framework, from September 12th to September 30th, opinions and proposals can be submitted through the form available at the Agency’s website (https://www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip/consulta-publica-para-la-actualizacion-de-la-ley-de-proteccion-de-datos-personales) or in person at the Agency.
