Dear Sir or Madam,
Within the state of sanitary emergency declared regarding COVID-19 and the mandatory social, preventive isolation measure duly decreed, the Supreme Court has adopted different measures within the National Judicial Branch, consistent with the National Executive Branch provisions and the recommendations of the national sanitary authority. In order to respond to the extraordinary situation that is being experienced and to prevent the provision of justice service from suffering a detriment even worse, today the Supreme Court issued the Order 21/2020. Through this Order, the Supreme Court provided: (i) the suspension of this year July’s judicial recess, on an exceptional basis, for all the national and federal courts of the National Judicial Branch.
