Dear Sir or Madam,
Through resolution No. 814/2020, the Executive Board of the Water Authority of the province of Buenos Aires (ADA) resolved to extend until December 31, 2020:
(i) The expiration date of the water prefeasibility certificates, authorizations, aptitudes, and permits, which occurred during the social isolation period (PEN Decree No. 297/20 and its complementary regulations) and from the date of expiration.
(ii) The expiration of payment obligations related to payment plans, debts by canon for the use of water, and by the operational inspection rate and quality control of effluents, which would have operated from April 1, 2020.
(iii) The expirations of payment obligations related to the payment of penalty fee, which have operated since April 1, 2020.
Resolution No. 814/2020 was published in the Official Gazette on December 23, 2020.
