Dear Sir or Madam,
Through resolution No. 206/2020 the Executive Directory of the Province of Buenos Aires Sustainable Development Agency (Organismo Provincial para el Desarrollo Sostenible – “OPDS”):
(i) Provides a list of recommendations for proper waste management and washing clothes that are produced or used in non-hospital isolation sites.
(ii) Compels those who are responsible for the non-hospital isolation sites to communicate their operation (indicating the address and place where the waste will be deposited for collection) to the companies in charge of the transfer of waste.
(iii) Requests companies that are in charge of the transfer and disposal of the domestic waste that is generated in these places, not to enter the waste to the recyclable circuit.
