TMT Department Report | Resolution No. 361/2020 of the National Telecom Regulatory Authority | Special Service Code “120” for calls linked to COVID-19

Dear Sir or Madam,

Resolution No. 361/2020 of the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (ENACOM), published in the Official Gazette today, assigns the Special Service Code “120” to the Ministry of Health, for the care of calls linked to emergencies for the attention, containment and evacuation of queries related to COVID-19.

In this way, provisionally and for a period of one year, all citizens will be able to call the number “120” free of charge from any telephone (landline, mobile, public, etc.) so that the Ministry of Health can attend to the COVID-19 related emergencies.
