Dear Sir or Madam,
Decree No. 405/2020, published in the Official Gazette on April 24, 2020, extends the list of hygiene products, medicine, and medical supplies subject to an Export License according to Decree No. 317/2020. This Export License must be submitted with the Ministry of Productive Development, with the necessary intervention of the Ministry of Health.
The purpose of this measure is to ensure supply and access to certain goods and devices that are considered essential to mitigate and reduce the sanitary impact of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
