Our Trusts and Trust Services Department provides a unique and comprehensive service to national and international clients seeking to structure and create trusts or requiring legal support in the oversight of existing operations.

For particular instances and where clients may be seeking trustee/escrow agent services, our firm created a trust services company FyMSA (Fideicomisos & Mandatos S.A.).  In 2012, FyMSA received authorization from the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV, local SEC equivalent), to operate as a registered trust service.  Its clients range from major financial institutions to not-for-profit foundations for academic institutions.  More information on FyMSA is available (in Spanish) at: www.fideicomisosfymsa.com.ar
