Our Real Estate & Hospitality Department represents real estate owners, project developers, property managers, lenders and investors.
Our services include advice on the acquisition, sale, management, lease, financing and restructuring of real estate holdings in single asset and portfolio transactions. We also offer tailored advice related to the development and commercialization of projects throughout Argentina, including commercial offices, housing projects, shopping centers, hotels, condominiums and industrial plants.
Argentina offers diverse opportunities for real estate development in the tourism industry as well as for commercial and industrial operations, and we can assist in identifying investment opportunities. Our team also works with other members of the firm serving clients exploring investments in infrastructure, agribusiness and natural resource projects, to provide comprehensive guidance on land use, zoning and permitting regulations.
We advise on regulatory issues at the national, provincial and local level, as well as for cross-border deals, and assist global clients with market entry strategies, either through acquisitions or the direct establishment of a local subsidiary, including corporate registrations. We have extensive experience in structuring legal solutions for real estate project finance, thanks to our strong M&A, banking and finance, private equity and tax teams.
Our network of correspondents throughout the country ensure clients’ regional operations are well-served, ranging from land use or logistics to compliance with issues under provincial jurisdiction such as environmental regulations.
Our experience with real estate clients also includes regulatory issues related to compliance and anti-corruption, family businesses and labor and employment.
