Our Healthcare & Life Sciences Department is a multidisciplinary team serving the major life science companies from Argentina and around the world.

We provide advice to companies and investors across the entire spectrum of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, clinical trials, commercial transactions, intellectual property, dispute resolution and mergers & acquisitions.  We negotiate and draft commercial agreements including licenses agreement, distribution and logistics agreements, and manufacturing agreements, among others.

We advise on regulatory issues at the national and provincial level, as well as on cross-border work, and assist global clients with market entry strategies, through either acquisitions or the direct establishment of a local subsidiary, including corporate registrations.
