Victoria Rabasa is a senior associate at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2014.
Her practice areas include corporate law, litigation, arbitration, and technology disputes. She has represented local and foreign clients in complex litigation cases involving contractual disputes, damages claims, product liability, consumer claims, social media, among others. She also actively assists clients in general corporate, business, civil and commercial matters.
Victoria obtained her Law degree from the Universidad del Salvador (2014, with honors). She was awarded a “Distinction to Academic Excellence” by the Buenos Aires Bar Association. She also completed postgraduate degrees in Arbitration at the Universidad Austral (2018), Start Ups at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2018), and Technology Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2024).
She was Civil Liability Law Professor at Universidad del Salvador (2015-2020). She has authored publications related to tech companies’ liability regime, and has co-authored publications related to litigation, enforcement, and technology disputes.
She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
She speaks Spanish and English.
