Valeria Kemerer is a senior associate at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2015.

Her practice areas include company law and corporate advice.

Valeria obtained her Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1998). Prior to joining Beccar Varela, she was an associate at Negri, Busso y Fariña Abogados (formerly Negri & Teijeiro).

She represented the Universidad de Buenos Aires in the following programs: “International Business Transactions” of Southwestern University (California, USA) and “International commercial arbitration moot” (Viena, Austria).

Valeria teaches “Commercial and Custom Law” at the Argentine and German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK).

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

She speaks Spanish, English and German.
