Valentín Pidoux is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2023.
His practice areas include dispute resolution: arbitration and litigation. He has broad expertise in civil and commercial claims, work discrimination and whistleblower retaliation cases.
Valentín obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (2023) and a Diploma in Municipal Law in the same university.
Prior to joining Beccar Varela, he worked as a legal assistant in the corporate and labor department at Jaskowsky, Bistocco, Barrios Law Firm (2021-2022), and as a Law Clerk at Remer, Georges-Pierre & Hoogerwoerd, PLLC (2022-2023), in Florida, United States.
Valentín worked as a researcher in the undergraduate fellowship program coordinated by the CIJS(UNC)-CONICET in 2020-2021, and as a research assistant of the SeCyT-UNC for the program of Stimulus to Scientific Vocations of the National Interuniversity Council in 2021-2022. Since 2022 he has been working as assistant editor of the “Revista de Estudios Jurídicos y Sociales” ISSN:2796-7301. He has author several articles and publications on international law, democracy, federalism and public law.
He speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
