Pedro Noceti Achával is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2022.

His practice areas include White Collar & Corporate Crime and Compliance, covering anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, cyber crimes, embezzlement, fraud, economic crimes, exchange crimes, environmental offenses, tax and fiscal offenses, forgery, negligence and non-intentional crimes, intellectual property, custom offenses, corporate criminal responsibility, among others.

Pedro obtained his Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2021).

Prior to joining Beccar Varela, he worked in the National Justice Department in Criminal and Correctional Matters (2015-2022), becoming Clerk of the National Criminal Court N° 11.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.

He speaks Spanish and English.
