Paula Caraffa Morando is an attorney and holds a Master´s degree in Intellectual Property.

She joined the firm in 2025.

She graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law (1999-2005) and subsequently earned a Postgraduate degree in Business and Economic Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Buenos Aires, as well as a Master´s degree in Intellectual Property from Universidad Austral.

Paula´s practice focuses on Industrial and Intellectual Property matters, including fair trade and cosumer protection. She has experience leading intangible asset defense teams at several law firms.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.

Paula has been recognized by leading legal publecations, including Benchmark Litigation Latin America, Managing IP, and The Legal 500 Latin America.

She speaks Spanish and English
