His practice areas include Mergers & Acquisitions – Corporate, Energy, Oil & Gas, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and Private Wealth and Private Clients.

Nicolás obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Torcuato di Tella (2022). In December of the same year, Nicolás received a “Distinction for Excellence” from the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires for his academic performance.

In 2023, he worked in London (UK) and completed the course “The Law and Economics of Mergers and Acquisitions” at the London School of Economics (LSE).

In 2025 he finished (thesis pending) his Master’s Degree in Law and Economics at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella and received the diploma for the best grade point average.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
