Nicolás Gabriel Sangil is an associate at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2026.

His practice areas include Mergers & Acquisitions – Corporate, Energy, Oil & Gas, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and Private Wealth and Private Clients.

Nicolás obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2022). In December of the same year, Nicolás received a “Distinction for Excellence” from the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires for his academic performance.

In 2023, he worked in London (UK) and completed the course ” The Law and Economics of Mergers and Acquisitions” at the London School of Economics (LSE).

In 2025, he finished (thesis pending) his Master´s Degree in Law and Economics at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and received the diploma for the best grade point average.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

He speaks Spanish and English.
