Nicolás Gabriel Funes Rizzo is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2022.

His practice areas include legal advice to banks and financial institutions and sales of non-performing loan portfolios.

Nicolás obtained his Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2020).

Prior to joining Beccar Varela, he worked at Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados, Krell Zelenay and Armando, Esnaola & Vidal Raffo.

Nicolás is co-author of Chapter V “Defensa de la competencia y defensa del consumidor“, included in Volume V of the book “Fintech: Aspectos Legales“, published by CDYT Colección Derecho y Tecnología.

He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association).

He speaks Spanish and English.
