Mariana Lamarca Vidal is a senior associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2020.

She has broad expertise in providing legal, corporate, contractual counseling services and litigation in trademarks and patents, copyright, entertainment, electronic commerce, privacy, protection of personal data, and new technologies.

Mariana obtained her Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2010) where she also obtained her postgraduate degree on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights (2019). Mariana has taken several advanced training courses related to her practice areas, among others, Data Privacy Program (Universidad de San Andrés, 2018) and Intellectual Property Agreements (Universidad Astral, 2017).

Prior to joining Beccar Varela, she worked at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, and at Abeledo Gottheil.

She is a registered Patent and Trademark Agent and a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. She is an active contributor to the firm´s pro bono program.

Mariana has been recognized by The Legal 500.
