Manuel E. Adrogué is a special counsel at Beccar Varela. He joined the firm in 2008.
He devotes his time as a legal business consultant. His focus is essentially commercial agreements, mergers & acquisitions (stock or asset transfers, joint ventures, agreements on commercialization, services provision, construction, etc.). He has extensive experience in real estate matters, and also assists international clients in commercial conflicts and litigation, on which he has focused extensively during his legal career.
He has been counsel to clients in a wide range of industries including banking, technology, agriculture & food, metal mechanics, energy, digital content, automotive, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and entertainment, among others. One of his goals is to assist to the development of business with Korean parties.
He obtained his Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (graduated with honors, 1991) and his Masters Degree in Business Law (LL.M.) from Universidad Austral (thesis qualified Outstanding, 1996). He worked as foreign associate at King & Spalding LLP, Global Projects Group in Houston, USA (2003).
Manuel has been a speaker in connection with Asian investments (IBA Buenos Aires, 2008) and at the Florida Bar Association over practical matters related to commercial litigation in Argentina (Intl. Litigation and Arbitration Conference, Miami, USA, 2012), among others. Prior to joining Beccar Varela, Manuel was an associate at Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
He speaks Spanish and English, and has intermediate level in Korean.
