Franco Scervino is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2022.

His practice areas include Capital Markets and Banking & Financial Institutions. He also has experience in corporate advice.

Franco obtained his Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2019), a Diploma in Environmental Law from the same institution (2020) and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2023).

Prior to joining Beccar Varela, he worked at Cassange Abogados and Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani.

Franco serves as a graduate teaching assistant in the chair of Professor Frida María Armas Pfirter of the Public Law Department II at Facultad de Derecho of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and teaches at the Ciclo Profesional Orientado of Universidad de Buenos Aires’ law school.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.

He speaks Spanish, English, Italian and French.
