Eric Charap is an senior associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2025. His practice areas include Dispute Resolution: Abritration & Litigation.

Eric obtained his Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2017) and his specialized in damages law at the same university (2023) and is  currently completing a Master´s Degree in Business Law at the University of San Andrés. Prior ti joining Beccar Varela, he worked al Marval       O´Farrell & Mairal (2017-2025) and made a secondment as head of legal at Volvo Trucks & Buses (2023-2024). He has extensive experiences in civil and commercial litigation and contracts law.

He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association).

He speaks Spanish and English.
