Cruz Ignacio Uranga is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2022.

He focuses on mergers & acquisitions and corporate advice, agribusiness, banking and financial institutions, syndicated loans, and project finance.

Cruz obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2022) and a specialization in Corporate Finance for Lawyers from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2023).
