Casiana Silveyra Perdriel has been a partner of Beccar Varela since 2007. She started her career at the firm in 1998.

Her practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and project finance. She also provides corporate advice to local and foreign clients with businesses in Argentina. Casiana has ample experience in the negotiation and drafting of complex agreements, commercial agreements, commercialization, distribution and franchising agreements, renegotiation of companies’ debts and the due diligence of companies for purchasing or selling purposes.

She has broad expertise in the design of start-up and entrepreneur businesses.

Casiana obtained her Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (with distinction, 2000). She also did a Master in Business Law at Universidad Austral.

Casiana is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.

Casiana was chosen as one of the best 100 lawyers of Buenos Aires from 2010 to 2012 in the Ranking of Apertura Magazine. She has been recognized by The Legal 500.
