Andrea Aguirre is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2023.  

Her practice areas include Litigation and Arbitration. She has broad expertise in complex commercial litigation with focus on corporate conflicts as well as in international arbitration advising national and international clients.  

Andrea obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2019) and a postgraduate specialization diploma in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2021). She has also a postgraduate course in Advanced International Arbitration from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2021). Prior to joining Beccar Varela, she worked at DLA Piper (Argentina) in the areas of Capital Markets and International Arbitration, and in Allende & Brea in the Complex Litigation and Arbitration Department. 

She is a member of the academic research project (Project IUS) at the Universidad Católica Argentina since 2018. She has authored and collaborate in articles and publications on international law.  

She is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association).  

She speaks Spanish, English and French.
