Alejandra Bouzigues is a senior associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2021.

Her practice areas include company law, mergers & acquisitions and corporate advice. She has extensive experience advising on the formation and structuring of commercial entities and corporate reorganizations, advising both national and international clients.

Alejandra obtained her Law degree from the Universidad of Buenos Aires (2001).

Prior to joining Beccar Varela, she worked at Hope, Duggan & Silva since 2006.

Alejandra teaches Corporate Law at the Universidad of Buenos Aires.

She has authored various articles and publications on corporate issues.

Alejandra is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association)

She speaks Spanish and English.
