Agustina Cagnasso is a senior associate at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2011.

She fouceses on white-collar & corporate crime, including frauds and swindles, corporate fraud, cyber crimes, general criminal law, and criminal procedure law. She also has expertise in family law (divorces, property settlement agreements, parental obligations, and adoptions), and has prior experience in litigation and corporate law.

Agustina obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2014, graduated with honors).

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the Buenos Aires Province Bar Association and the La Pampa Province Bar Association.

She speaks Spanish and English.
